Care Coordinator (Treatment Coordinator)

Whether you're an experienced GDC-registered Dental Nurse or someone with a customer service background ready to step into a dental career - we'll support you every step of the way.

About the role

As our new Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and steady hand guiding patients through their treatment journey - from the first phone call to final follow up.

You'll work closely with our clinical and front-of-house teams to:

• Welcome patients warmly and make them feel at ease

• Explain treatment plans clearly and answer their questions confidently

• Coordinate appointments and keep things running smoothly

• Handle finance and scheduling queries with empathy and clarity

• Keep accurate records and follow up as needed

• Support your teammates and help create a clam, well-run environment
