Call us immediately if you experience:

• Severe pain that cannot be managed with over-the-counter pain relief

• Dental trauma or injury

• Uncontrolled bleeding

• Facial swelling that is affecting your breathing or swallowing

 

How it works:

1. Call the practice and follow the Member's Option

2. Speak to our on-call duty dentist

3. Book a same-day emergency visit if needed

 

What to Expect:

• Support: Our team will guide you on managing your pain or symptoms until you're seen.

• Online Weekend Booking: Secure your emergency weekend appointment online with pre-payment to confirm your slot.

• Emergency Temporary Treatment: If needed, you’ll receive temporary treatment to relieve your symptoms and ensure your comfort until a full appointment can be arranged.

• Comprehensive Coverage: Depending on your situation, emergency treatment costs may be claimable under the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme, included with your Quay Dental Membership.
