We’re delighted you’re considering making the switch. Your first visit is a chance to get to know us, ask questions, and get a full picture of your dental health - all with zero pressure.


In your 60-minute appointment, you'll receive a comprehensive 16-Point Dental Health Check, including digital scans and x-rays, so you leave feeling informed and confident.

What to expect on your first visit


Your appointment begins with a friendly introduction from our Care Coordinator. We’ll take the time to understand your dental history, any concerns you may have, and your goals. We’re here to listen and make sure every aspect of your visit is tailored to your needs, helping you feel at home from the start.

Next, you’ll meet with one of our experienced dentists for a thorough, 16-point health check that covers:
 

  • Examining the health of your teeth and gums.

  • Reviewing any medical or lifestyle factors that might impact your dental health.

  • Conducting a gentle head, neck, and mouth cancer screening.

  • Checking any existing dental work, such as fillings or crowns, to ensure everything is in top shape.
     

We'll use 3D imaging and x-rays to spot issues you can't see and tailor your treatment plan precisely to you.

Once your dental health assessment is complete, we’ll talk you through your results and next steps. As a membership-only practice, we’ll help you find the plan that gives you consistent, proactive care - all with monthly payment convenience and peace of mind.

What happens after you submit your details
 

  1. Choose your appointment time
    You'll be directed to our secure booking page
     

  2. Confirm with a payment card
    Card details hold your slot - payment is collected on the day, not at booking.
     

  3. Receive a welcome email
    Catherine (your Care Coordinator) will send helpful info and be your point of contact​​

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Free to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% charge

  • No-shows 100% charge
