Clinic Manager
You will lead the team that makes exceptional care possible and build the systems that allow it to grow.
We are looking for a calm, organised and people-first Clinic Manager to join Quay Dental, a fully private, digital dental practice on the Douglas marina.
This is more than a front-of-house or scheduling role. It is a strategic position for someone who thrives on structure, supports teams effectively, and takes pride in running a high-performing, values-led business.
What You'll be doing
You will become the operational lead for the practice. Working closely with the Clinical Director and business leadership, your focus will be to:

Maintain smooth, efficient day-to-day operations

Support team scheduling, wellbeing and communication

Lead our compliance programme and ensure we meet all standards

Improve workflows across the patient journey

Build a calm, consistent and accountable team culture
This role is central to freeing up the directors to focus on clinical care and business growth, while you ensure the team remains well supported and aligned.

Key Responsibilities
People and Team Culture

Coordinate rotas, team huddles, absences and daily support
-
Oversee onboarding, training records and development reviews
-
Promote a positive, respectful and high-performance culture
Clinic Operations
-
Manage diary efficiency, patient flow, stock and supplier relationships

Liaise with IT, service providers and maintenance contractors
-
Handle issues and keep operations running smoothly
Compliance Leadership

Maintain all CQC, HTM01-05, GDC and safeguarding standards

Use the iComply platform to manage protocols and audits
-
Ensure records, risk assessments and training logs are kept up to date
Practice and Digital Systems

Confident use of Dentally and supporting practice systems

Coordinate recall follow-ups and diary zoning
-
Support internal messaging, feedback and review requests
