We're looking for a Dental Therapist who blends clinical skill with empathy - someone who's passionate about prevention and loves working in a modern, supportive environment. Whether you're newly qualified or bringing years of experience, we'll support your growth.

About the role

As our new Dental Therapist, you'll play a central role in our prevention-led approach. You'll work alongside our Dentists, Nurses, and Care Coordinator to help patients feel informed, cared for and motivated about their oral health.

You'll have the tools and time to deliver:

• EMS Airflow & Guided Biofilm Therapy

• Periodontal Maintenance and restorative treatments

• Digital scanning for diagnosis, communication, and planning

• Collaborative treatment planning with the clinical team

What makes you a great fit

This role could be ideal if you're:

• A GDC-registered Dental Therapist ready to take the lead on patient prevention
  OR

• A newly qualified Therapist looking for a mentorship programme to help you grow in confidence

• Communicates clearly and with warmth

• Is detail-oriented but flexible in a busy, supportive team

• Enjoys using digital tools to enhance patient care
